- Plum Fuzzy - very cold tolerant. 3 inch fuzzy rosettes slowly fill tight spaces. Very drought tolerant. Best color in sun but needs summer shade.
- Oddity - Prefers shade during summer dormancy. Tube leaves green with red tips. Bottom leaves turn under. Bronze Award Winner 1978 (MacPherson)
